What we collect

Haluum collects only what you give us: the details submitted through the audit booking form (name, email, brand or store URL, monthly ad spend, and anything you write in your message) and standard server logs required to operate the site.

How we use it

Form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry and prepare your growth audit. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing. Submissions are delivered to us by email (hello@haluum.com) and stored in our mailbox and CRM.

Analytics & cookies

This site does not set marketing cookies. If we introduce analytics, they will be cookieless or gated behind a consent banner, and this policy will be updated first.

Data processing & payments

Data is processed under GDPR-compatible terms. Client payments are handled by Stripe or Wise; Haluum never stores card details.

Your rights

You can request a copy or deletion of any personal data we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@haluum.com. We respond within 30 days, usually much faster.
