The controller for data processing on this website is the entity named in the legal notice. Contact: hello@haluum.com.

What we collect

Haluum collects only what you give us: the details submitted through the contact/booking form (name, email, website, rough marketing budget, and anything you write in your message) and standard server logs required to operate the site (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

How we use it

Form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry and prepare the intro call. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing. Submissions are delivered to us by email (hello@haluum.com) and stored in our mailbox.

Hosting & analytics

This site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA); technically necessary access data is processed there. We use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless audience measurement without cross-device tracking; no marketing cookies are set. A data processing agreement is in place with Vercel; transfers to the USA rely on the EU standard contractual clauses.

Payments

Client payments are handled by invoice (SEPA) or Stripe; Haluum never stores payment details.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Write to hello@haluum.com.

Retention

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and to meet statutory retention obligations.
